Grand Celebration for W Talents, when on March 27th, 2010, we held a special and exclusive ceremony that starts the mark of being a True W talent with the first ever W Pinning Ceremony. 
The W Residence was transformed with snacks and beverages prepared by the C&B and with the help of a few elves we were able to put up a small exhibition throughout the event decorating the place with photos of our very own Talents in different ways, different emotions and different phases. All holding a moment or memory in our minds. 
Talents squeaked and laughed when seeing pictures of themselves acting funny or crazy. But nevertheless smiles were set upon their faces.
W purple pins (for talents who have not passed probation) were handed down from their Talent coaches by Lucky Draw, and the talent coaches were given their very own Silver pin (passed the probation). 
A Birthday cake was prepared for those who had their birthday during October 2009 up until now, everyone gathered around a made a wish... (i bet many of them were "Hope our service charge hits the roof" LOL)
Charade was a hilarious game. 
This was truely a great W Experience.
